Dear Friends,
While working with one of the company having huge employee base across india, We have made many mistake as HR, while framing our medical insurance policy due to which our insurance company has asked us to cancel the policy in between.
The reason of cancellation was very high claim ratio, around 500%.
Hence i have shared my learning in below blog mentioning steps which we have taken to correct our mistakes. Sharing with you all, so that you should not make such mistakes.
